Barrel Tastings

Bring your favorite people, and favorite snacks, to this Make Wine With Us fan favorite event - barrel wine tasting!

Our barrel tasting events are the perfect afternoon outing. You’ll get to sample your wine, plus learn more about your winemaking experience.

Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the progression of the wine as it ages in the barrel in this relaxed, fun-filled event. They’ll let you know what to expect as you taste the wine and get a hint of what’s in store.

What To Expect:

• ✔️The new wines may have a fizz as they go through secondary fermentation (known as malolactic fermentation).
• ✔️Our spring wines are further along the secondary fermentation stage, so they’ll be available for sampling.
• ✔️Tables will be set up, so bring your favorite snacks.
• ✔️Olive oil, vinegar, and sea salt from First Press Olive Oil Company will be available for sale, which makes delightful gifts.
