Pinot Grigio

Region: Veneto, Italy, Alsace, France, and the Sierra Foothills, CA
Flavors/Aromas: green apples, pears, citrus, and blossoms with a vanilla aroma
Color:Deep gold to copper
Body: Medium light
Tannins: None-low
Acidity: Medium
Characteristics: Crisp, dry with a good bite
Pairs Well With: Shellfish/Sushi, light pastas, firm cheeses, and fresh pears

Chardonnay

Region: Napa Valley and Paso Robles, CA, Piedmont and Tuscany, Italy,
Flavors/Aromas: Apples, lemons, and citrus with notes of oak, vanilla, and butterscotch
Color:Pale to deep gold
Body: Full
Tannins: None
Acidity: Medium
Characteristics: Dry fruity character, creamy-buttery, clean finish

Chenin Blanc

Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa, the Sierra Foothills, CA, and Loire Valley, France

Flavors/Aromas: Pears, apples, honeysuckle, quince, and nutty with notes of honey
Color: Pale gold
Body: Medium
Tannins: None
Acidity: High
Characteristics: Dry, naturally hard, slow to mature, often used as a blending grape,

Sauvignon Blanc
