Once the free-run juice has been pumped into your barrel, the crushed grapes undergo pressing in our state-of-the-art hydraulic press. This advanced equipment allows for further extraction of pressed juice through perforations, ensuring maximum yield and quality. As the fermentation process progresses, the grape skins lose their slipperiness, facilitating the extraction of more free-run juice. As meticulous winemakers, we meticulously monitor and taste our wine at every stage of the pressing process, ensuring optimal flavor and quality.
