Barbera/Petite Sirah

Flavors/Aromas: Fruity with a hint of pepper
Color: Deep ruby
Body: Full
Tannins: High
Acidity: High
Characteristics: A dry tannic sensation with smoky finish, softens well with age
Pairs Well With: Big, well-seasoned meals

Cabernet Sauvignon/Old Vine Zinfandel

Flavors/Aromas: Berries, fruity, even Cabernet and Zinfandel blend
Characteristics: The Old vine will soften the Cabernet, making it available to drink earlier

Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc

Flavors/Aromas: Tobacco, raspberry, bell pepper, and cassis with a peppery perfume

Cabernet Sauvignon/Sangiovese

Chateauneuf de Pape

Flavors/Aromas: Berries with a spicy finish
Color: Burgundy 
Characteristics: Based on the French Rhone Valley Style with a jam-like consistency when ripe, elegant and structured


Flavors/Aromas: Robust, fruity
Color: Light ruby - garnet
More Info: There are many types of Chianti available – Classico, Reserva, and Superiore – each with their own required alcohol content, storing requirements, and necessary fermentation period.

Meritage (Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon)

Flavors/Aromas: Bold flavors that highlight this Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon blend

Characteristics: Meritage ages incredibly well in the bottle for a smooth finish.
More Info: A Meritage must be blended entirely from traditional Bordeaux varieties in order to be called a Meritage.  Red or white, a Meritage cannot be made of more than 90 percent of a single grape.

Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon

Flavors/Aromas: Hints of berry, plum, and currant

Old Vine Zinfandel/Ruby Cabernet

Characteristics: Considered a “Super Tuscan” wine, blends the rich structure of a Sauvignon and berry flavors of the Sangiovese to make a unique taste


Flavors/Aromas: Sweet, fruity, tangy cherry
Characteristics: This blend features almost identical flavor profiles native to the Tuscany wine region, a smooth flavor that is delicious and never overpowering

Sangiovese/Old Vine Zinfandel

Flavors/Aromas: Blends soft and spicy, with berry-like flavors and a sour undertone
Characteristics: The taste of a classic Tuscan combined with a fruit-laden profile allows this blend to pair well with almost any meal

Vino di Cinque Uva

Flavors/Aromas: Honey, dried apricot, pastry cream, candied tangerine, hazelnut, and dried sage

Characteristics: This is a Make Wine With Us Custom Blend with a smooth finish that is truly a once-in-a-lifetime wine.
History: The wines of Cinque Terra, the 5 remote towns in the Italian Riviera, are among the most costly, and difficult to make in the world.
The winemaking is done by hand throughout these rugged, steep mountainous communities. Called Sciacchetrà (pronounced shahk-eh-TRA), this rare nectar is made with grapes that are grown closest to the sea. Locals dry these berries out on mats for several months before making the tiny amounts of precious wine for the lucky connoisseurs.
